Executive Coaching |
|

Our one to one executive coaching helps you to become a better leader, to

With these interventions we work with you leadership teams to facilitate and

Peer Based Coaching |

Peer based coaching is a unique model that helps your teams model the skills and
behaviours of your own top performing employees. These facilitated sessions are
most effective with a group or team that share common goals, activities and
responsibilities. The format and structure of these coaching sessions is
developed to meet your specific needs and environment.

Shadow Coaching |
|
|
Our shadow coach will stay with a client all day for a
defined period of time giving them feedback at the end of each work day about
what they did. During the course of a few days we identify how the client
behaves in meetings, including analysis of body language, use of voice and
language and the reactions of co-workers, customers and suppliers. We also
explore how clients handle and prioritise their time, schedules, paperwork,
email, telephone calls, and breaks.
Shadow coaching is an excellent way for senior executives to
obtain direct, straight to the point, personal performance feedback. A shadow
coach draws out clients behaviours and habits that either they weren't aware of,
or they were making incorrect assumptions about. With this information, the
client is then free to identify choices between what they want versus what they
currently do.
With shadow coaching, feedback comes from real-time,
first-hand observation with a focus on the difference between stated objectives
and actual behaviour. For many executives this can be a transformational
experience, which can establish rapid highly beneficial performance and
behavioural change.
For existing coaching clients, shadow coaching can also be
used as an ‘in the moment’ or zip-zap coaching experience. In an established
client-coach relationship we can arrange for the coach to be ‘on call’ to coach
before, after, even during, key meetings with co-workers, teams and customers,
or on specific assignments or projects.
