Joyce was involved in the design and implementation of a multi million dollar
Leadership Programme for British Telecom that educated people managers in the
core values of the business and how to engage their teams more effectively. Due

downsizing and restructuring within the business.

their work climate and recommend and implement solutions to close the gap
between actual and desired cultures. “For the first time, I saw people happy in
their work and performing close to the best of their ability, instead of teams
who were dissatisfied and unhappy with their work atmosphere.”
Joyce believes in helping people become the best they can be, by treating them
